Role OverviewBased in the heart of Orlando, our client's firm is recognized for delivering superior legal services with a client-first approach. As a Construction Defect Litigation Paralegal, you will be pivotal in managing case documentation from beginning to end, performing thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing crucial support throughout trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and case files for construction defect litigation, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and strategy.
- Coordinate witness arrangements, including scheduling and exhibit preparation.
- Facilitate communication with clients, contractors, and relevant parties to ensure seamless case progression.
- Provide trial support, adhering to legal standards and internal policies.
Requirements - A minimum of five years of paralegal experience in construction defect or related legal fields.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a closely related discipline.
- Strong legal research, document preparation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software applications.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
