We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in litigation support, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a remote position.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders
- Manage court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Conduct factual and legal research as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Maintain accurate billing records of work performed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent work experience
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred (insurance or personal injury litigation a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
