Job description:
The Chicago office of Fragomen currently seeks a highly organized, experienced Paralegal with excellent case management skills to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform intake of cases
Troubleshoot and establish case strategy
Draft and file petitions/applications
Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues
Update and manage status reports
Update case management system
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- 5 + years of corporate immigration experience
- Strong background in a full range of non-immigrant and immigrant categories as well as I-140 and I- 485. PERM experience preferred.
- Must have experience managing a large case load
- Strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and -collaborate efficiently as a team member
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Very strong written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrate professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal members of the Firm as well as clients and vendors
